How do you reserve?
Renting one of our villas, chalets or holiday apartments is very simple. Book and discover The Joy Of Living The Place with Villalia!
Locate your accommodation
Check our web for available accommodation until you find the one that best suits your preferences. If you have any doubts, contact us and our team will advise you.
Reservation request
Once you have located the accommodation, click on the reservation link and fill in the form that appears to formalize the request.
Booking confirmation
Once your request is received, we will reply as soon as possible by email, confirming if your accommodation is available for the requested dates or offering an alternative.
Once you receive the confirmation of the reservation we will put everything in motion to enjoy your stay. You will be given the keys (or the access code to the villa) in the accommodation of your choice. Then, you just have to enjoy, "The Joy Of Living The Place."
Conditions of the reservation
Payments
For the definitive confirmation of your reservation you must enter a percentage of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer to the account number that we will provide.
In the case of the Lanzarote area, this percentage will be 30% of the total amount.
If you have made the payment by credit card you will receive the automatic confirmation that has been made correctly and if you choose bank transfer, you must send the email to villas@villalia.es
Once we have checked that the payment has been made, we will send you an email confirming the booking and we will ask you to provide a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for the security deposit, the maximum amount that could be charged on this card is 150,00€. In principle no amount will be charged or blocked on this card, but if after departure there is something broken or damaged in the villa itself, we will charge the corresponding amount. After 7 days from the day of departure, the data on the card will be deleted automatically.
The rest of the payment will be made 15 days before check-in by bank transfer or by credit/debit card. In the summer months of July and August, reservations will be fully paid 30 days before the day of arrival at the accommodation. If the final payment is not made in time and form within 72 hours with respect to the mentioned date of final payment (15 days before/30 days before), Villalia reserves the right to cancel the reservation without returning the deposit that had been paid.
Entry and departure
As a general rule, you will be given information about access to the house between 7 and 14 days before the day of arrival. In the case of the summer months of July and August, the information will be sent at the moment we have received the final payment of the reservation together with the data the card for the deposit.
The entrance to the accommodation can be made after 3 p.m. If you wish to occupy the accommodation before you must contact us to request it, and we will consult with our staff.
The time to leave the accommodation on the day of departure will be at 10:00. If you want to leave the accommodation later, contact us and we will let you know if it is possible.
Occupation
Children under 2 years do not count in the number of people when making the calculation for payment in the booking process. (They do compute as to the calculation of the number of people).
It is strictly forbidden to occupy a number of people greater than the declared when making the reservation.
Pets will only be allowed through a special authorization that must be requested and, if necessary, accepted. In case of breach of any of these two conditions Villalia reserves the right to demand the immediate abandonment of accommodation, without the client being able to request compensation or compensation of any kind for the execution of this measure.
Changes
All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail.
No modification will be penalized, as long as it is communicated at least 45 days in advance. In another case, the cancellation conditions established below will apply. Changes will be accepted only if the availability of the accommodation allows it.
If due to circumstances beyond the Property (breakdowns, works of reconditioning, floods, fires or any other cause of force majeure) the client can not be offered the booked apartment, the reserved accommodation can be changed for another with similar characteristics. In any case, the client will be informed of the incident as soon as possible, who may also choose to recover the amount of your reservation.
Prices and availability
The price and availability of our accommodations are updated in real time, that is, both the availability and price of an accommodation can vary in a matter of minutes. That's why we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you see an accommodation that interests you... Because it is possible that, when you try to book it a few hours later, or the next day, it is no longer available or its price has changed. On the other hand, offers or rates at specific times are not retroactive on already confirmed reservations.
Cleaning
The amount of the reservation includes the entrance cleaning and the exit cleaning.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left in reasonable clean conditions.
Behavior in the accommodations
High music and parties are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule can result in an immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation, except in balconies, terraces, patios and gardens.
The client commits to the correct use of the property and the contents contained in it, as well as to the respect of the elementary norms of coexistence and neighborhood, especially with regard to rest periods. The change of place of the furniture of the accommodation is not allowed. The breaches of the aforementioned obligations will be transferred to the client and the person in charge, jointly and severally.
Any excess in the number of occupants must be made aware of the accommodation for the appropriate organizational and tariff purposes.
The accommodation does not have a left-luggage service, neither for luggage nor for any other clients. Villalia does not answer for the losses, faults or damages suffered in the belongings of the client.

Cancelation conditions
For cancellations that occur 15 days or more in advance of the date of entry into the accommodation, the full amount of the amount paid for the reservation of the villa will be returned.
In the event of a cancellation less than 15 days in advance with respect to the date of entry into the accommodation, the full amount of the reservation will NOT be returned UNDER ANY CONCEPT.
On the other hand, reservations canceled less than 24 hours after their completion, if the guest completed the payment process by credit card or by bank transfer, as soon as we receive the money it will be returned, as long as we receive the communication. By email (villas@villalia.es) by the guest who wants to cancel the reservation, this notification must be made within the first 24 hours.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Privacy of your data
Your personal information will receive the treatment that corresponds to it according to the data protection law, and in no case will be ceded to third parties for any type of commercial or other action.
Frequent questions
Are the cleanings included in the price?
In all the accommodations an initial and final cleaning will be carried out.
Are there additional services of a free nature?
We have a cot and highchair without extra cost per accommodation, which the client must request at the time of formalizing the reservation.
If you need more than one cot and highchair, you will have an additional cost.
Are pets allowed?
Villalia reserves the right to admit animals to their holiday homes. The client must request it at the time of making his reservation.
Is there any kind of discount for children?
Children older than 2 years will have the same consideration as adults. Children under this age will not be considered as an occupant when calculating the price.
